I was looking at my truck a couple days ago and was just lookin for something new to do that was a little diffrent. i noticed on the bottom of the front bumber thers is a plastic defector thats an ugly gray.... so my question is has anyone painted it to match there truck and if so how bad does it get beat up from driving
Yours is gray? Mine is black. It can be painted, for best results you can sand it smooth and paint it. I know on mine with the deep snow I drive thru it works good as a snowplow. :(

yea... the molding on the bottom of the bumper is like a really dark gray i just thought it would look better if it matches the body
It may look better, but you would have to be careful not to "plow snow" in deep snow because it's flexible and the paint would probably chip. Mine is dark black but I keep it "dressed" too
