Could it be a bent rim? I had this issue with an Escalade I bought a long time ago and I couldn't figure it out. Balanced rims, new tires, tightened steering linkage, etc. i finally had a high end rim store determine front rim was slightly bent. They actually showed it to me and was replaced and issue was solved. Just a thought.

Re: Harsh ride new 2013 Escalde Lux

I've made an appointment with Valley Cadillac in Rochester, NY for Feb 17th so that they can try to determine the cause of the harsh/punishing ride along with the vibrations that are occuring. This Escalade definitely does not have the ride its supposed to so hopefully Valley Cadillac will be able to figure it out. They have a great reputation for their service and since they were the selling dealership we will give them a fair shot.
