    2010 Ext memory seat recall intermittent...........

    I've been noticing that i'm constantly reprogramming my memory seats. Correct me if i'm wrong, but that is done by pushing and holding the position 1 or 2 until you get the two beeps. I been noticing that sometimes the seat back will not go back to what I had it to. It also seems that the steering wheel only sometimes goes back to where I had it as well. The seat bottom always goes back and forth to what I had last. I've noticed in the particual case of the seat back, it will maybe move 1/2" or so, but never to what I's supposed to go to. Am I missing something here? Anyone seen this issue before. I have the extended coverage, and may have to take it in, but just want to make sure i'm not crazy here. Thanks.

    Re: 2010 Ext memory seat recall intermittent...........

    Hi Cloud-Master;
    I have a 2013 Platinum, with the same problems, since new. It has been in for this problem 6 times to the Dealer in addition to replacing the NAV/Radio. I have had it with this car. I have claimed Lemon Law, and Cadillac seems to not care. I have owned 7 Cadillacs in the last 11 years, 5 of them,, Escalades'. The Cadillac Customer Care is the most useless organization I have EVER come across. They have NO INTEREST in Customer Care. They way they treat Loyal customers is shocking. I have had to hire an attorney to help get someones attention. This
    is Cadillac? The American icon of superiority? What a Major disappointment. I love my Escalades, or I would not have bought 5, but the way they handle their customers,,,,they should go out of business. EvenHonda or Volkswagen treats their client far superior than our Great
    American icon. Shameful.
    I hope you have better Luck than I.
