problems with the clutch pressure control solenoid

been having a problem with my parents 09 Escalade shifting very hard from first to second, lide we ran somthing over hard, so we resolved to change the transmission fluid and sparkplugs. i did the spark plug changing but wasn there to supervise the transmission fluid change and the guy that did it says that he was only able to get 2 liters out of the transmission. so last night my mom says she was driving home from work and the truck "bumped" three times and the gas pedal just stopped working and the dashboard said "stabilitrack disabled, service stabilitrack, service traction control, reduced engine power. anyone know whats going on? and how to fix it? also took it to Autozone and they said something was wrong with the "clutch pressure control solenoid" an i cant seem to find out much about it on the internet for my escalade. anyone know whats going on? and how to fix it? any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Traevyn,

I am sorry to hear that your family is experiencing an issue with your Escalade. I see that you are reaching out to the community for any advice on addressing this concern yourself, but if you were thinking about taking your vehicle into the dealership to have the dealership look into this concern, I would be more than happy to assist. Please feel free to private message me or send me an email to socialmedia@gm.com with the subject line as “ATTN GREG”. Thank you very much for your time.
