    Phone HELP!!!!

    Hi everyone,

    Im new to cadillac and just bought the 2013 escalade platn. On the console theres a button for phone and on that screen it shows an "address book" button. Im assuming thats where you can store phone numbers for quicker dialing. But on mine it wont let me access that feature or I should say when i push it nothing happens. Does anyone know why that is and if there is a way to store my contacts????

    Have you tried looking it up in the owners manual?

    Yes couldn't find anything... It's just weird bc the button is there so it has to do something I would think.
