    Outside chrome door handle warranty?

    I just moved to PA and with that I have to use a new dealership. I'm at Apple Cadillac and I am about 500 miles out of warranty but time wise I'm in. The service guy just came to me and Said it's out of warranty and they have to charge me! I just got back from vacation and it was about 1,000 miles I put on it so that put me over and I told the guy that. I also told him this has been a common problem on these 70K vehicles. He told me he would have to run it by his manager who is off until Monday, no Manager on duty? My previous dealership in SC was the best dealership in the world and the wouldn't think twice about covering this under Good Will. It's amazing the vast differences between dealerships and I'm not very happy at the moment! He is currently checking to see what he can do since I showed and told him about my displeasure.
