I'm really struggling as to which one to buy :S

I guess that really depends on what you are looking for.

You can get a set of pads and rotors for a cople of hundred bucks from you local parts store that will do the trick OR you can spend thousands on Brembos etc. And anything in between.

Both will stop your Escalade. Some better/easier than others. Others will dust more than others. Etc. etc. Lots of variables.

They sure are cheap, but usually with the Ebay stuff you get what you pay for. They might work okay, but they also might not.

I'd much rather go to local auto parts store and buy the stuff from there. At least then you have somewhere to go in case of any problems. My 07 actually needs front brakes soon, and I'm bypassing the cheap Ebay stuff and go to Napa.
