I believe that I was told that the 07's get 2 free upgrades. Call to confirm your status is the surest way to find out.

I just called and the young lady said I was due a free upgrade disk for my 2007 and the next time I will have to pay for it. |

Do you have to get the 2008 update, then the 2009? Or can you just go straight to the 2009 firmware? |

I got the 08' and then the 09', I am pretty sure you can go right to 09' |

My son went from the 2007, straight to the 2009.

Same here, since I had just bought my 2007 this year, they are just sending the 2009 Nav Update. |

I have an 07 Escalade ... Just got off the phone with the GM Nav Disc folks and asked about the free upgrade. She told me I still had one upgrade left based on my VIN and placed the order for me. I have already received the confirmation order email. They are on backorder but the free disc is great!
