My bad , think i might be thinking of the Hummer H2 rather than the lade, not sure the lade every had air outlet.. I remember this as if you had a H2 with air outlet then you have auto leveling as well (as it was air activated).

Since these work on their own and there is no selective ride control, how easy would it be to install these on one without the MRC? Im just thinking if I were to buy an 08 and add these shocks later on.....

In theroy yes, however there will be a computer as well and i bet thats not just plugged in to 4 shocks, it suggests it reads the road so there will be sensors as well i bet.
