Chrome Maintenance

I'm throwing on 26" Giovanna Caracas next week and just wanted some tips on how to keep my chrome looking good like day one? I'm also going to paint my split caps white to match my truck, so when I get bored of the all chrome look. Thanks...

Re: Chrome Maintenance

Use the same "wax" you use on your truck, synthetic waxes will last the longest, and keep your chrome wheels looking the best.

Re: Chrome Maintenance

I use Zaino Wax on my wheels at least once per week. Helps prevent water spots and the wheels constantly look new.

Re: Chrome Maintenance

You need to get it looking perfect first. I use #XXXX steel wool to remove any surface grime, water spots, etc. Then something like Zaino, wax is yellow and not as optically correct. And synthetic car polish/protectant should work quite well.
