For some reason that link didnt show up, but I think I know what you are talking about. I think those would work too. But again I didnt use those. I used these other putco universal ones from jc whitney.

Also the plastic covers for the lights around the license plate are they supposed to be tough to get off after I take of the two screws? or is there another way i should get to the lights?

Ok I got that done they were just really stuck on there. But I am still having trouble doing the head lights for the top bulb and tail lights for the led reverse lights? Also on the mirrors i cant seem to get the 194 out of the housing? Both are stuck...

I have the cover off but the bulb does not want to come off...

They are DRL's. Only on when you are driving during daylight.

I just bought a new 08 Escalade andthen I found out that the 09s will have the LEds headlamps. Based on your post, it seems that I can just buty all these LED bulbs and replace existing -- is it literally that simple or are there any other wiring fixes that nee dto be made?
Approximately how much do all the LED bulbs that tyou listed cost for a full conversion? Is the difference worth teh cost.

I am trying to order these as we speak
I was going to ge tthe 8 x WLED-WHP and 6 x 42mm 4210 XWHP6
Im really having a hard time trying to locate the correct ones on the product listing page
I see the WLED WHP bulbs but they are all followed with a # like 6,9,5,13,15,18
And the Festoon bulb i only see 39xx or 44xx no 42xx as described by the OP

Wow I am truely being surpised @ this forum.
I am comming from MBworld.org and you would almost recieve a response within 3 hrs on it.
Here i have been waiting for responses for over 3 days some even since 12/24
Sorry for trying to vent, but I just want to update my escalade like every1 else.

I think you'll find that if you do some reading, there are many of us that have posted what we used, including myself. It wasnt hard for me to remove all my bulbs, identify what they are, and replace them with led.

If you want the brightest leds. V-LEDS is the place! I have shopped 3 other led sites, spent hundreds of dollars, and have found vleds to have the brightest..

Have you had any luck with the DRL's. That's the last piece of my lighting puzzle. I would really like to change those to finish the look on the Escalade.

Same here. Im experimenting with an extra H11 hid kit I have that comes with a different relay harness to work with the DRL's. Im going to see if I can try it today. As far as an exact replacement I have not found, a few that look pretty close. It seems the 07 Tahoe has something similiar just not what the Lade has.
