St. Claire has been advertising all 08's at $7500 under sticker. Which should be under invoice. Not sure what portion of that is a MFG sponsored rebate, however.

Do you mean $9800 below MSRP? I am looking at an '08 AWD Ultra Luxury w/ rear seat ent. for $61150. This is about $350 below invoice, or $6210 below MSRP of $67360. That price is from one of the only local dealerships that does'nt add advertising fees.

Can I do better? I am ready to close the deal in the next day or two.

if i'm not mistaken, the dealer holdback on this vehicle is in the $1500-$2000 range. some will give it, some give you the high one

when you ask for it.
that system really changed a couple years ago with the higher invoice figures and holdback. guess they got tired of internet users walking in with copy of dealer invoice.
