I bought the kit from
www.xenondepot.com it's a decent kit; it has seperate ignitors and ballasts which mean more wiring - and it includes a good quality relay harness; not bosch relays but you can swap out the relays in the kit with bosch (not really necessary).
The kit is a little more expensive than the Mcculloch you're thinking about; but i would say the Mccolloch is OK as well. Just make sure you get a decent warranty and you shoud be fine with it.
I'm glad you will go with the harness; you're lights will work great; there won't be any 'flickering' at startup; and you wont get any funny error codes triggered by the high voltage at startup overloading your system.
If you want a great tutorial on HID upgrading; visit
www.hidplanet.com/forums (I think you have to register; not sure) but you'll find a massive wealth of knowledge by doing some searching. Type in "relay harness" or "wire harness" and you will realize how important one is.
I've attached a picture with a description on how to hook up the harness.
Also, at HID PLANET; go to the "HID PLANET UNIVERSITY" section; there are tons of threads there that will educate you.
Here's 'the official harness thread' link:

Here's another link to 'HID newb crash course [Learn the basics here]':

This stuff is invaluable to you when learning; take an hour or so and you will learn tons about HID.
Good luck,
