    That's the problem... seems my service folks looked at another ESV or two and claimed they all look this way. That's my main reason for asking if anyone else sees this; to see if, indeed, they "all" do or if I'm getting resistance to doing any work by my service guys.

    I can assure you that my ESV does NOT look like that as I took a very close look after reading your post. I will take a good picture and post it for you to see. Don't forget that you're dealing with Robots at the dealership and unfortunately they don't care. I'm very sorry that you're being jerked around like this.

    I was in the 3rd row seat today and yes it is. A big gap it feels like i can just pull the hole thing down. I'm going to the dealer after i type this keep u posted
