The moderators might want to make this a Sticky to keep all this info in one place. Just a thought.
It is always being asked and now there are Multiple posts on this same issue.

Included in some of these posts are the Bulletins and actually a PDF copy of one of them.
The Dealers know about the Bulletins and you have to Insist they track them down if they tell you other wise.
As far as getting the work done using the the Bulletin ( at the dealer or otherwise ) and having it fix the Issue is another story.

If anyone ever gets the wind noise fixed, Please post the results as everyone will want to know since it is a Wide Spread issue with Very Limited success.
