    Automatic lights on a 2000

    Does anybody know if there is some way to turn the automatic headlights into a manual on/off? This is for a 2000 model.

    slightly set the parking brake, so the light just goes on in the car. the parking brake wont be on actually, but the computer will think so and allow the car to be driven with the headlights off....


    or maybe you could pull the DRL fuse....(daytime running light)

    Or push the dome override button in and out three or four times, you'll hear a chime, this also defeats the Daytime Running lamps, this doesn't apply to 2003 or later models

    on my 1999 that does not work
