| | Cadillac Owners Fanatic | | Join Date: Jun 2003 Age: 33 | | Chrysler Aspen looks like an escalade clone. Anyone else notice? For some reason, the black Aspen looks exactly like the 07 escalade from every angle except the front clip. The rear is identical, sides pretty much cut and paste job.
Whats crazy is that you get the SAME options you get on an escalade, but for only 32 grand. |

Yeah I can see it.......
The Aspen is nothing more than a durango in a chrysler suit. It looks more like a mini van that hasen't come out the closet.

Granted the new Escalade feels more like a car inside, it still feel macho. The Aspen is like a mini van. |

I like it, but also still don't think it looks anything like an Escalade...save for being of a similar "theme". Alike, but still very different in most every way.
When it comes to larger SUV's, there's only SO much uniqueness you can give the basic 2-box structure. |

Chysler is trying to take a hunk out of escalade sales with this truck.... has 2wice the chrome... but also twice as ugly.
