    Dealerships in NYC

If you are in the NYC area and have an escalade, what dealership do you use for service. I currently use Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, LI but I am looking for one closer to my house. Where do you guys go?

Also do you know of any places that will install a billet grill in the Queens/Brooklyn/LI area? I have one sitting in my garage, but my local body shops won't install it cause they dont want to replace the whole grill if they screw up.

I've used both Sarant and Country for service. Both seem to be very good. I also found you tend to get better treatment at the dealership you bought your car from.

I purchased my escalade at North Bay Cadillac in Great Neck, NY. I have used the service department twice and have found them to be very professional and the dealership offers free loaner cars for service. As far as the grill, I replaced my and have the stock grill for sale if you need one to install your billet grill onto.

Ideally I would use Northbay, but the two times I took my deville in for an oil change they were very unrespectable and both times i had to wait over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. When I took it to Paul Conte I was in and out in 25 minutes. Granted the fact that some people get the wrong impression when they see an 18yr old roll up in a Deville, but I am paying customer as well. For my Escalade I have used PC exclusively, and I love their service, albeit it 20 miles from my house.
