    2000 Escalade Rear End

    Hey guys,
The other day I was driving and all of a sudden I started hearing some weird noise coming from my Truck, and the way it sounded I thought maybe it was something with my tire or wheel bearing. I took it in to get serviced and it low and behold my friggin' rear end was falling apart. My question is what causes a rear end to go out? I never experienced this before and would like a little insight. With that said, my truck is 4wd. Thanks!!

Its an 8.6" 10 bolt in a heavy SUV with a junk gov lock in it... it happens. Guaranteed it was your locker that fell apart.
