AC works on/off for 10mins each time. Snowflake flashes 3 times

I have owned the car since July 3rd. The dealer had the system checked and recharge. Since then about every 2-3 weeks it acts up. It will blow ice cold and then shut off. the air will blow cool. When I push the snowflake button it flashes 3 times. Once 10mins have past the snowflake appears and the air becomes cold. It will do this in cycles sometimes. Yesterday it started doing it again. Today the AC would not come on at all.

What I have notice is that the system acts up most of the time when the weather is humid or raining. Of course when I want the air dry. I've read the manual and it states that when the snowflake won't go on or flashes 3 times and goes off the temp outside is too cold to use AC. Its 88 degrees and 90% humidity so I would say its not too cold.

I have an appt for it to go into the dealership in the morning. Thankfully I purchased a 2 yr warranty to cover any problems but would like any help to possibly save me the time and trip.

    Thanks!
    -Jason

Sounds like a pressure switch or the system has too much freon

Took it to the dealer. The outside air temp sensor was bad. total was about $240 diagnostics, parts, labor. Works every time.
