Question on weight dist. hitch and air ride.

I am picking up a 19' enclosed toyhauler trailer tomorrow about 4500lbs. I have the weight distribution hitch. I have read that the air ride may kind of fight with the hitch. Anyone here had any experience with this? Do I really even need the weight dist. hitch for this weight? I have towed all sorts of combo's including 5th wheel but never something with the air ride like the Escalade.

You may not need it but if you use the wd hitch, ignore the air ride... I recently towed a 23 attitude toy hauler, when i hooked it up i waited till the air ride adjusted then i added the weight dist bars
