Unhappy caddy feels like the parking break is on

Hey guys I am new to this forum and I just got an 06 escalade. Love love love the truck but I am concerned as a few times when I go to accelerate it feels as if the breaks are on. Now I realize that they are not on but that is the only way to describe the feeling. I push the gas and there is resistance, then it seems to break free and drive fine. It does not do this all the time, just once in a while. I have taken it to the dealership and they seem to think it was a ignition switch. That make no sense to me, but they changed it anyway.
It almost feels as if the AWD system is binding (or something like that). Has anyone else had this feeling or had there caddy do this? If so please help me find a solution. I really hope it is just a simple fix.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hello saskie99,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a concern with your Escalade feeling like there is resistance when accelerating sometimes. Are you still experiencing this concern after the dealership made the repair? If so, have you brought this up to them? I would like to assist you in working with the dealership if you would like. Could you send me an email to socialmedia@gm.com with your name, contact info, VIN, mileage, and dealership you are working with? When you send your email, please include “ATTN GREG” in the subject line so that it gets delivered straight to me. Thank you very much for your time. I look forward to assisting you with this concern.
