    rear wiper arm removal?

The arm on mine over the years has worn off paint in a couple big spots and looks a little crappy. The new arm itself is only $25 but it looks like it's held on by a rivet? Any idea on how to take it off or should I just try and paint it somehow?

If I remember correctly, there is a bolt under a plastic flap where the wiper connects to the motor.. the wiper arm is number 1, hope this helps.
