Been looking at lots of suvs thinking the lade ist he one and i love the 07+ but the ones within my price range all have high miles and i just don't want to spend 22-23+ for a car with over 100k. I do like the prev gen with some rims and a grill they look pretty nice. Found a 04 white 84k at a ford dealer has navi with stock 17" asking 15.9 which is crazy IMO. What's a good price? Edmonds sez 12.2 dealer retail I'm inclined to stick near that.

Update found an 06 and bought it !

thanks I'm pretty excited never owned an American car before always had Toyota/Lexus so we'll see how she holds up. I would have liked lower miles but at this point a 10-15k mile difference isn't that big a deal people drive around here and most are higher mileage. I think teh price is fair for it being an 06 at least around here trucks hold their value well the 04 I missed out on was 15.9 and sold it a couple days and it was older.

I already researched the parts I need on eBay and they are dirt cheap ill just have to have a local guy install it all. Already got some mods planned out and i can't wait to find some rims I really hate the grampa rims it has lol.

A couple pix of her

Don't knock the stock 17's as they aren't just on the caddies other gm trucks and SUVs share them (its just the center cap that denotes the brand)
If you want larger rims get the gm 22's or something that is factory on the newer trucks
She looks great btw

FYI the escalades are for the younger folks not grandpas(I have yet to see one driving one its mostly the cars they go for) why else would the movie stars have them
I love my truck and actually use it as a utility vehicle that it is(super comfy)
There is a guy who manages a store I have been trying to get him to trade his gmc yukon on a escalade(not sure if he will or not maybe he needs to see the difference behind the badge he he)

Ps if you have any audio questions hit me up as I know quite a bit on the audio systems in these trucks(currently running infinity speakers with a sound ordnance sub and it with the stock radio and amp(sub has its own amp))

Wow I bought a 2004 w/43k miles from a customer of mine for $9000 cash and he took it in for a $1870 service that included 4 new tires... 1 week before he sold it to me.
Seems like I got the deal of a life time after reading this!
It is a 1 owner , No accidents and well maintained!
