Insurance not wanting to pay for repairs

My wife was hit in the front passenger side. The front wheel took most of the hit. I picked up the truck and come to find out minor repairs not done correctly. Took it back to the shop a couple of times and brings me to this complaint with insurance. I upgraded the wheels and removed the air ride. Come to find out truck looks wired. Passenger wheel looks in and pushed back a little.

I need a favor from this forum. I used a straight metal objected and placed it in front of the caster and found that it has a dent on the frame. Insurance is saying that's normal. Does anyone have a 2003 escalade that can take a photo like mine and upload it?

Insurance is saying the frame is normal and truck wheel is pushed in and back because of the 24" wheels. Need help

If anyone that has a 2003 escalade and has time to take piece of metal and do what I did and post it. That will help me show the insurance that repairs are not done.

These are pics on how truck looks

    Thanks for all the help!

That is NOT normal I can tell as the frame should not be bent like that take it back to the shop and tell them(if I have time I can take a pic and email it to you if you want) any frame damage if not repaired right can make the frame weak
(FYI the rims has nothing to do with it)

Both of my tires sit in like your passenger tire does, and I have the 17"s.

My 03' ESV has a little bit of a bow on the passengers side as well, but it doesn't look quite as pronounced as yours does... The drivers side is totally straight.
