    02 torsion bar question

Hey guys i have looked on this forum for years but just became a member because i now have a question i cant seem to find an answer for so here goes ! My 02 base escalade sits a little lower on the driver side so when i had it aligned i asked the shop if there was a way to level it out and they told me that the drivers side was adjusted all the way up so when i got home i looked and they were right but the passenger side is about half way adjusted so is it possible that just one side has lost its torsion ? I have inspected the bars and they have the same color paint on the ends and where it goes into the control arm doesnt appear to be stripped or bent and the truck has not been wrecked that i know of .

Maybe the bar lost the tension due to age

The infamous gm lean as it referred to. Google search gm lean and in the tahoe/Yukon forums there are a ton of threads that will point you in a better direction than here.

The odd thing is my 03 doesn't exhibit this weird(maybe I got lucky) but I have seen the Chevy lean in worser cases

My 03 leans. I adjusted it a little bit. 150,000 miles later, and still going.
