    factory nav issues

    when i first bought the truck, i was able to put in an address to nav. now when i hit nav, it says scanning disc..but stays on the radio screen. i hit the eject button on the unit and nothing comes out..i keep hitting the nav button and it will say cd error. any ideas?

    Try pulling the fuse if that don't work the radio will need repair(just make sure you mention that the maps disc is in the radio and can't be removed)
