Hello
I've spend a quite amount of time researching for a solution for my problem, but I could not find an answer. Hence, I've decide to start a thread.
What I wanted to do was connect my iPod to my vehicles stereo using an aux connector that would connect to the back of the stereo in the CD port.
My problem is, my factory Bose stereo has 6-disc changer, and all the aux inputs I have found are incompatible with 6-disc changer. I also have other questions, but this is the main concern .
(I refuse to use FM transmitter or the cassette adapter)
To sum up...
1. How would I fix the above problem?
2.My stereo is anti-theft, what is the code to unlock it?
If you had a 03 or newer I have a aux-in interface
But because you have a first gen escalade it won't help(only a aftermarket radio will give the best results) ps.i have 2 iPod ready radios with removable faceplate for sale(just ain't had time to post a ad)
The stock radio code is a dealer only thing sorry I can't help you on that I think you have to give them your vin or something like that(the service may or may not be cheap)

My radios will work you just need the wiring harness to connect it to the stock wiring harness
I have one with Bluetooth which will allow you to make handsfree calls with your Bluetooth cell phone along with iPod/iPhone USB connection
The one I mentioned with these features is a pioneer(which is a good brand)I also have a jvc(but it don't have Bluetooth just iPod USB connection
Edit email and number removed
Uh I already told him about that and he did seem interested in a radio(due to the fact his needs a code to unlock it)
