    High Five to Arnott

Last year I bought an air suspension pump from Arnott for my 2004 Escalade. A couple weeks ago the pump quit and I wasn't able to reach them until yesterday (I was extremely busy running for County Commission). I called them yesterday and found out that I was 1 week out of warranty. I got a call back this morning from Marvin with Warranties and he told me that they would warranty the unit. I just thought that I would give them a High Five for doing the right thing and taking care of me.

I know how you feel I recently got a dlp tv fixed by Samsung due to the chip failing and it was out of warranty it shows that the company cares for the costumer which is a good thing theses days.

    Hmmm, interesting....

My replacement pump failed (from Arnott) just outside of one year as well. I too called them up and they replaced it under warranty.
Albeit I had to pay for a new one, they credited the payment after I sent the first burned up Arnott back, I believe I had to pay shipping, I suppose I should check my records on that.

But shouldn't these pumps last more than a year and a a week or so(?).

It seems a lot of stuff is getting that way only lasting until the warranty is up.

I am doing it the same way. I didn't get into the details, but yes, They are charging my CC for the new one and then reversing the charge when I send the Core back.
