Exclamation Problems with running lights, need HELP!!

Hello, thank you for reading this. I can say that I am glad that I found this site, it is full of really good info. Anyways, I am having a problem with my Escalade that is preventing me from driving it, and I am hoping that someone might have some guidance on it. Here is the problem:

I drive a 2002 Escalade. A few days ago, I was informed that my running lights (dim brake lights) were not working. I have replaced all four bulbs in each tail light. I have cleaned the bulb connectors with electronic connector cleaner, and used bulb grease. There was a small amount of corrosion, nothing major. I have also checked every single fuse under the hood as well as the one on the drivers side dash. I tested them all with a multi-meter (took forever) and everything checked out. I really don't want to pay a dealership $90 an hour to figure this out, so any help would be appreciated. Not sure if this matters, but there is an after-market remote start installed. Thanks!!

Is it just the tail lights not working or the whole running lights as in the front marker bulbs also if it is just the taillights and not all of the running lights then there is a junction block under the right rear fender check and clean all of the connections there and see if it will fix the problem.
P.s the remote start should interfere with the lights in no way.
