Oils, Oil Filters, Spark Plugs

I Am Planning On Doing The Oil Change. Any Suggestions As To Which Brand Of Premium Oil And Premium Oil Filters To Use??
Viscosities???

Has Anybody Around Changed The Stock Sparkplugs To A Performance Brand?? (denso, Bosch Platinum+4, Etc) And If So What Results Did You Get?

Thanks.

Amsoil, Red Line or Mobil 1 would be great oil choices for synthetic oils, for oil filters Mobil 1 or Amsoil's Hastings filters are good choices. Spark plugs go like this, platinum plugs will last a long time, but copper spark plugs offer better performance, of course on an Escalade I would give up the 1 or 2 hp gains and get something that lasts longer. NGK has Iridium spark plugs (as I am sure others do to) that offer great performance and will last, they are pricey.
