2003 Escalade service air ride warning

Just replaced the rear air shocks and compressor for a customer of mine with arnott units b/c the old parts were blown. Now the service air ride warning on the dash keeps coming up and I can't figure out why. It isnt sending a DTC to the OBD II and I checked the new parts I installed, they're all working properly. No loose connections w/ hoses or wires from what i can tell. I'm all out of ideas, any help? Thanks!

I don't know their proper name, but there are potentiometers mounted in between the frame and the rear suspension. Sometimes when the vehicle has the rear suspension fully extended (jacked up until tires are off the ground), one or both of these can rotate to the opposite direction. You can check these out by jacking up the rear by the suspension and removing the rear tires. They are very noticeable once the tires are removed. The wife blew a rear tire once and dislodged one side, took me a while to figure it out, but constant "service air ride message" as well.

just a fyi the rear air module can only be probed by a tech-2 device not a code reader like at auto zone.
