    Turn signal/brake problem

Hey guys, i got a 05 escalade i am having problems with my turn signals while i am driving. the signals are light up on the dash and both mirrors are lite up. If i use my turn signals while this happens it will flash slow. If i step on the brake pedal it stops working completley. Also the third brake light stays on while my license plate and tail lights are really dim. I changed the turn signal assy and it fixed the problem for a short period. If you guys know that could help please let me know. Thanks.

start at the housings and work your way to the panel under the right rear fender then to the front by flowing the wires as you look at it see if the are any chafed spots on them which can cause the problems.
