I found some on ebay about 8 months ago made by Depo. They sold them as "Off Road Use Only" but I haven't been stopped by the police yet. They also blacked out some of the chrome in the housing and look awesome.

I tried desperately to find something similar to these and apparently the DOT has cracked down on selling these cause they can't be found anymore. It would have been cheaper to buy these just for the reflector than make them from scratch!

This link may interest you guys. Headlights similar to what ug87 mentioned and it's $309 for a pair including shipping.

It's cheaper, don't have to take the housing apart, and less effort than making your own. Just my two cents............

If I don't have a usable set of clear reflectors made before this auction ends, there is a very good chance I will buy these and abandon my project. I will still have to take the housings apart since I want chrome with clear reflectors.

Taking the clear reflectors out of the black housing and using it with your OEM housing is a good idea. It would still come out cheaper than what you may end up spending if you were to make your own reflectors.

Of course if I quit this project, they're yours. I honestly don't know that I want to just go and buy them since I have already invested so much time and money into this. I have thought of many changes that would have made the molds better and easier to use and am even considering redoing the molds from the beginning.

Are you referring to the insulation of the halo (Demon) lights?

Yes, they do look great on a black lade.
It's not the easiest job I have taken on but it's by no mean a very difficult one either. Having a lot of patients is the key to doing this project.
The hardest part was taking the headlight housing off by baking them in the oven several times in order to pry is open and avoid damage. But once you have it off, then it's just a matter carefully drill a couple of holes, holding it in place with a little adhesive, and putting the housing back together with a good seal.
I didn't want to experiment on the OEM headlights so I purchased a pair of used ones from the local collision shop for a cheap price. I figured what the heck, if it gets damaged during the process at least I had my OEM headlights to fall back on. Well, all worked out fine and now I have two headlights so I can switch them back and forth whenever I feel like it or put the OEM back on if I decide to sell the lade........
I'll post some pixs of the process when I can find them. Let me know if you need help when you decide take on your project.

That may be what I do if I modify my housings because I don't want to mess up on the only set of housings I have, so if I do any modding on my headlights it will be with a second set so I can swap out if I do decide to sell my truck. P.s if you want to email me some pics just pm me
