Jerky Braking

Anyone else experienced what I'll refer to as 'jerky braking'? I know the Escalade is a big rig but for the price it seems like it should brake smoother. I just added new aftermarket rotors and brake pads (front) hoping this would eliminate the issue. The new rotors and pads work great but the jerking is still there. Mostly on steep hills at lower speeds coming to a stop.

I am wondering if I need to swap out the rear rotors, or could it be the master cylinder?

Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
