    Creative headliners for 99' Lade

Just curious if anyone has pics of custom headliners in there lades. I just bought a 99' that use to have a drop down screen, now just a hole in the headliner. Plus its a bit dirty so I'm pulling it down and having it reupholstered. I was thinking about using the same type of perforated vinyl accent that's on the doors I'm not sure what would look good as far as stitching, the material is only 54" wide so something creative has to happen. Anyone tried this before? I will prob use some extra material to accent a few other parts of the rig too. Part of me wonders if vinyl is going to be over the top and distracting as I prefer elegant to flashy. I could not find any examples of it on google. Thoughts/pics?

i have never seen one done like you want to do but i have seen some with a different color headliner then gray it just depends on your taste in color and style, and i have seen the perforated vinyl look my dad's 77 ford econoline van is like this stock. it isn't bad but like i said it depends on your taste in style it would make the interior different but it isn't distracting i'd try it and if you don't like it just redo it with something else until you are satisfied with the look. good luck on the decision
