Unhappy Electrical Noise When Listening to CDs

Hello! This is my first post. I recently purchased a 2006 Escalade ESV Platinum Edition and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this truck. However...last week I noticed that when I'm listening to CDs, at times I will hear some sort of electrical feedback through the speaker system. Sort of like when a cell phone is about to ring, you hear that noise through the speakers. It doesn't make the noise when I'm listening to AM/FM/XM. At first I thought it was my cell phone interfering with the audio system so I took the battery out of my phone and the noise was still there. The noise seems to get louder when I accelerate but then quites when I take my foot off the gas.

Can anyone shed a light on this for me??? I did a search already but couldn't find anything that was relevant.

Check for bad grounds. Or you can try a car audio ground loop isolation.
