    Bose amp shot?

Hey guys, just looking for some advice beffore I decide to take the truck to the dealer.

My truck is an 2006 Escalade (non-ESV) without NAV.

While just after turning on the truck, my radio crackled, made a pop sound and now there is no more sound. The factory deck is working fine. (Display, loads cds, seems to tune to stations etc) Just now sound coming from the speakers.

I pulled the 30 amp amplifier fuse. It's ok.

While waiting in a parking lot I notized a faint tapping sound with the engine off and the key on. Upon closer inspection and placing my ear up to a door speaker, every few seconds there is a light pop from the speakers and a faint hissing sound then it cuts out again.

Is my amp simply toast? Or could it be a shorted speaker? or the AMP and Deck are out of Synch? It's a Lux amp BTW.

    Thank you.
