ONE MORE TIME IN CASE YOU DIDNT NOTICE:

the paper is still on the plexi so i could see it glow but most is still mostly protected till its time to finish it off. I will be making a piece to cover the holes and the light strip (its a 48LED per foot strip at the bottom, and set 1/8" into the plexi window)

yes, im still working on it. I bust my ass on this thing after working all day at my regular job 6:30-5pm then i send it to my upholstery guy and he takes his sweet time. He is the best of the best but his business practices suck so the next project will be cut in half when i find a new guy who cares more about how much i spent (actually that i spent on Nicks behalf during this project)
Im very angry right now but theres not a damn thing i can do but wait. It will be worth it though but consider this LESSON LEARNED. Drop $41,000 on an interior you think you'd be treated pretty good and the work would get done faster but i guess not. Hes a heck of a nice guy but he just dont care that i need this project finished and hes holding me back.

Other than that, when the trucks at my house i make sure i make the most of my time and im hoping the bad business practices of my upholstery guy doesnt get held against me. One day this will be done and ill find someone who does great work but gives a $hit about MY project.

Ok heres a few updates......the MTX's ARE OUT, the RE MT's are in!

Out with the old, in with the new. Oh wait they are all new. Oh well.

Naturally, the holes DID NOT line up and even if they did the RE logo would be crooked so guess what. Time to drill and tap ALL new holes. What a pain in the ass.

Nice aluminum allen head bolts. Everything worked out great in the end.

The source of the lights, as well as the screw holes will not be seen when this is done.

here is the source of the light. 48 LED's per foot...all controlled from up front (explained somewhere in this post already)

got some more interior stuff done. The handle on the dash above the glove box is the finishing touch on it.

A little gator on the shifter handle (hand stitched in place)

The steering wheel is started, and looks pimp already but im not gonna show a pic of it half done.....it dont look right half gator and half stock right now.....more pics to come.

Heres a few vids of the box and some of the color options (reduced to 1meg or less with DIVX)

Remember these colors can stay solid if you choose, they dont have to blink, fade, or chase if you dont want them too. Theres like 5 different modes and the colors seem to be endless. You have your standard colors but mixing those toghether gets you other colors. I still have to make the trim piece so you cant see the light strip or the screw holes. Thats coming soon i hope!
