it's basically done now. all that's left is the end links for both sway bars, bleed rear brakes, put in front driveshaft when i get the exhaust rerouted and i think thats it.
this shot you can see the jack stand holding up the side with the leaky wheel and also the exhaust tip i had to grind off. i'll get it welded back on when i get the exhaust rerouted for the front driveshaft. oh, and i also debadged the rear.
That is one of the coolest escalades I have ever seen. Very good choice but the problem you'll have now is parking, especially underground parking lots. You dont see many of those in california but there are alot in the state of washington.
Very beautiful, it looks like a monster. I would love to do that with an ext but just the sacrifices are too much. I love it though, good job including that you did it yourself, lots of hours put in. Great work!!!!
Your escalade is badass BUT dont people buy an escalade for the cadillac emblems and name? Why didnt you just buy a Tahoe or other similar trucks in bodystyle, do what you did, and i dont think anyone would know the difference?? I just dont know why people would raise an escalde? Im guessing your not going offroading so why>
t dogg: yep, its my daily driver. i'm gonna try to get a motorcycle to offset gas mileage.
hetrain: i got an escalade because i like the features that don't come with tahoes, namely exterior styling and interior comfort. why would i want to buy a tahoe and be like everyone else on the road when i cam have an almost one of a kind escalade? it's 4x4, thats why i raised it. and yes i will be offroading it once i get it regeared to 4.88's. nothing too hardcore though.
