Re: upgrade brakes with 26's

From what most people with 26's say, the stock brakes aren't bad. I would try some cross drilled / slotted rotors with some ceramic brake pads at the very least.

Re: upgrade brakes with 26's

I've had my 26's for 3 years. The first year i had stock brakes, there not bad they just wear quicker from the extra weight and leave a lot more brake dust. At the very least i would run full ceramic pads. I ended up going with the cross drilled slotted rotors and its definatly a noticeable difference and pad wear and brake dust were greatly reduced.

Re: upgrade brakes with 26's

Where did you get the rotors/pads and what brands would you recommend? Cost? I just put on my 24's but I too should look into at least some new rotors/pads.

You got a lowering kit on yours? Seems like everyone goes with the 2/3 kit but I dont see to many with 26's. I wanna see pics of a 2/3 with 26's or should I go with something else?
