Flapping noise 50+ mph

My 2003 Escalade EXT has a flapping noise when driving 50+ mph - sounds like it is coming from the right front wheel well but can't find anything loose.
Been there for 4 years.

I also hear this noise in my 02 escalade, sounds like its coming from the pasenger side underdash. I have also been trying to figure out what this is, I wonder if has something to do with the fresh air coming in?

Found my 02 had a loose piece of plastic in the wheel well. I assumed you've looked there.
