turn signal problem

I have a problem with my left turn signal 2002 Escalade. It flashes rapidly I have checked and changed all the bad bulbs and it still flashes rapidly. when I turn on my head lights all the bulbs light up, but when I turn on emergency flasher the two bulbs on left rear do not go on. also check all the fuses. please help!!!

My first guess would be something is wrong with the junction box for the lights. Its located on the inner rear right fender, right over where the exhaust pipe is. If you search "junction box" you can find info and a pic I posted for another member a few weeks back.
