    Nav-tv.com is the only one I know. I think they charge anywhere from $1200-2$2000.

    Anobody know of anyone in Northern California that can perform this. I don't know if I like mailing my unit 3000 miles away to get this done.

    nav-tv is the only place i've seen that can do it. there's probably somewhere else, but it might be hard to find. try google.
