Nav/Radio Buttons Not Working (03 ESV)

I hope someone can help - I have the OEM navigation/radio/XM unit and the buttons are not "responding" - for the second time!! I took it to the dealership about 2 years ago and they replaced the whole unit (for a lot of $$$'s

). I am starting to have the same issue again. I plan to get it back to the dealer to see what they say - but wondering if anyone else has the same issue and if there are other options.... If not - I will look into other after market units...

The '03 Radio sucks anyway, it's not even touchscreen. For what the dealership is going to r8pe you, there are many very nice, very STOCK looking Pioneer and other HUs out there. If you still want it even more stock, get the '05/'06 TNR (Touchscreen Navigation Radio) on Ebay. I sold mine a while back for 450.00 out of my '06. If you go that route, the dealer will need to program the radio to your vehicle.
