    Fabric for interior makeover

To those of you who have modified the interior with some other form of leather or fabrice, where would be a good place to buy the fabric or leather??? Im new to the escalade game and need some help with these things, I was thinking about inserts for the seats, is there a specific site that sells things like that for the scaldes??? I was thinking about going with beige gucci or louis vuitton, any help would be appreciated.

Personally, I would go with suede inserts. The Gucci and Louis Vutton is so yesterday and kinda of tacky for a truck like an Escalade. Fabric prints like that go out of style so fast. Stick with suede or some other type of leather.

I agree, but to each his own. If you really want to go with the Gucci or LV fabric, try E-bay. But like outofdablue said, htat style is played, so it might not be as easy to find as before.

if you want to go exotic, get something like crock skin or alligator skin. but really, why not put the money into something else that would draw more attention or be more useful, like my truck

    Re: Fabric for interior makeover

Hi everyone, I am a new member on this forum, but have been reading your posts since i got my '04 Escalade in oct.. I just never got around to signing up until now. My question is am i getting price quotes for suede interior at $2400 for a headliner, seat inserts, doors, and center console. Is this too high? But i just wanted to start out with the seat inserts and the center console and the price i got was $1300. How does this sound? Thanks in advance. MATT

Try contacting your local upholstery shops, especially those that do custom motorcycle seats. I managed to find one in my area that stocks croc, ostrich, snake, even elephant and stingray in multiple colors. Check it out if you want (Boston Area) www.all-nu.com

As far as cleaning for fabric and carpet cleaner, look for Eimann Fabrik's Carpet and Upolstery cleaner.Proper auto care has it, not sure who else, but its been working for me.
