Gauge/Cluster Not Illuminating WEIRD- NEED HELP ???

Ok so I am running into a small problem. *GAUGE*

My cluster and gauge lighting is not working at all;
includes; stereo, trip/fuel above CD slot/

The weird thing is that when I have the light switch turned all the way left during the DAY the radio and fuel/mileage center light up, but just as soon as I turn it to the running lamps (middle position) they fade out????

At night NOTHING lights up at all! I have checked all the fuses- all good.


WHAT AM I MISSING? ANYONE BEEN HERE BEFORE.
