EXT Custom Wall is complete. Nice pics posted!!!

I have the wall 99% complete. All I have left to do is put on the screw caps so that the screws are no longer seen on the face of the wall. It turned out pretty nice. Im gonna finish the back of the wall and put the hard wood floor done in the bed when I get back from Miami on tuesday. Hopefully my Baltimore Ravens beat the Dolphins!!! Here are some pics of the install.

what happen to the bottom right hand corner? The two pieces of wood dont match in height. Other than that...cool

***UPDATE***

I actually forgot about that. I didnt have time to cut a new piece of wood. That piece was too short and I was going out to dinner tonight so I didnt have time to re-do it. I have about a half hour of work left on the face of the wall, and add the screw caps then it will e complete.


THE BED:

As for the bed I am enclosing the back side of the wall. There will be a 26 inch HDTV in the center with two 8" inch screens mounted caddy-corner, one on each side (3 screens built in the back wall). There will be side panel walls on the sides of the bed wrapped in black leather like the face of the wall. There will be plexi-glass windows on each side in the middle of the side walls lit up with neon LED's. I will have a amp on each side inside the windows. There will be two more plexi-glass windows in the side walls that are positioned more towards the tailgate. Inside the windows on each side will be neon lit with one "floating" Cadillac Emblem inside each window.

THE BED FLOOR:

I have the subfloor already laid down for the hard wood floor in the bed. I poly-urathaned the wood with a high gloss shine kinda like a NBA Basketball Court. They will look awesome with the neons shining and reflecting off the floor. I should have this completed in the next week or two.


Next Project:

Next I am going to remove the passenger airbag and the cover and make a factory looking cover, with a X-Box 360 Elite built into it.

I also am going to install a 10.4 inch monitor under the hood built into a nice fiberglass frame


Dolphins beat the Ravens.......LOL!!!! Chad Pennington is not ready for that Baltimore Defense.

I can't believe u guys think Miami is gonna beat the ravens. I have been in south beach since Friday morning, and haven't seen one person in town with a dolphins jersey on. I have seen over 100 people with ravens jerseys on. It's 5am here just woke up walking on ocean drive. I can't wait till 1 when the game starts!!! I've seen slot of nice escalades down here this weekend. It sucks I'll be back to 30 degree weather in Baltimore on Tuesday. I was getting used to 80 degree weather :-(

Hey mod I just got back from FL myself, it was very nice we enjoy it !! understand the cold thing

btw avg 15.5 mile per gallon, 7 passengers and fully loaded...no open space. plus rear hitch with 150 pounds.
