Hey everyone, i am new to the sight. I just Bought my first Suv and i choose the 2002 caddy escalade. Its black with 80k on it awd....
Plus its does good when i tow my race car

So far i only have one mod and that is HID.

I have a question tho I dont know nothing about the owner before me.
Looked under it had like 3 blown Fuses, I replaced them but i have an open spot under A.I.R system( can some one expain to me what that is and witch apm fuse to puton it

Lol yea i just got a lAc... hey can u do me a favor can u pop ur hood and see if u have a fues in the spot that said A.I.R.

EGR and AIR are two systems employeed to increase engine efficiency and reduce exhaust emissions.
AIR - air induction ??? - pumps fresh air into the exhaust to assist heat the cat. converter up and icrease efficiency.
EGR - exhaust gas recirculation - pumps exhaust gas back into the intake for a short time after start up to get the engine to optimal running temps quickly. But I have also heard this "the inert exhaust gas provided by the egr system actually reduces combustion temperatures (exhaust gas is certainly hot, but its colder than burning air and fuel), in turn reducing chance of detonation allowing more timing advance".
