    Flutter noise in dash

Hi, my í02 Escalade has developed a faint fluttering noise that seems to come from the dash on the driverís side. The noise is barley noticeable at low speeds, and very noticeable when applying the brakes. Please note that this is not a noise caused by brake wear. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

I also hear a noise in the lower steering column/dashboard, it is a constant noise like a flikering, I think it is electric related, because when it starts I turn my truck off and on again and its gone.

Not exactly sure if that noise is what you mean....

Thanks for the feedback but that's not my noise. Mine is mechanical, though.

I have had the same noise off and on in my '02. Asked about it once and they thought I was crazy. No doubt have heard a similar noise in dash. Sounds like it could be a Heat/AC noise but has no association with that. I have accepted it as it is very subtle but let me know if you find out something.
